Morning light ushers in a new day, illuminating the low hanging moss draped across the trees. This scene carries the essence of my childhood drives through Louisiana, visiting family and deepening my connection to my roots. A dear friend of mine, who holds a PhD in optic light, recently praised the portrayal of light in this painting – I couldn't have been more flattered.
