Mardi Gras came so soon to me this year, so today I ran out in search of a King Cake. I found one--yay! We will have our traditional Louisianian meal tonight--crawfish etoufee and red beans & rice. "C'est Bon" is what I thought when you said Etoufe I did not have a king cake this year but thought about it alot....Let the Good Times Roll and they are Good aren't they..God is good all the time
